HOW TO MAKE A CIGAR

A hand-made cigar is characterised by the perfect selection of tobaccos, resulting in a genuine aroma. A cigar is comprised of three kinds of tobacco: The filler, the binder that forms the bunch and finally, the wrapper that is the outer leaf of the cigar.

Instructions for making cigars:

Making the blend with different tobaccos with the desired diameters.

Rolling the binder to shape the filler all along the bunc.

Putting the bunch in the mould to give it shape.

Cutting the wrapper to the desired size.

Binding the bunch.

Cutting the wrapper in the area of the cap.

Forming the cap and finishing it off.

Finish the cigar, isolating it to make it even.
